Watchandtrain.com uses the latest in streaming technology. Unfortunately, not all computer systems or connection speeds can handle the demands of this technology. If you have any concerns about your computer’s capabilities, read the information here and watch the sample video to test your setup.

These Recommendations are Only a Guide
There is no way to account for all variables such as shared internet connections, WiFi internet connections, and the amount of applications that you might have open. Ultimately you need to decide after watching the sample video.  If you normally have difficulty watching video on other news or information sites, than you probably won’t have better success here. We will always strive to reach as large an audience as possible, but the nature of the current video requirements will unfortunately limit some potential viewers.
