Coupon or Gift Certificate: If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate or Coupon, put your code in the first shopping cart screen in the "Coupon and Gift Certificate" code box at the bottom of the screen. Then select "Update Cart" and your discount will be reflected in the total.
Note: If you do not use your entire gift certificate, you can reuse the code until you have used the entire amount of the gift. |

Sign In or Register: If you have purchased items before, Sign in and you will be taken to the Shipping Options page. Otherwise Register to continue your checkout process. You will be taken to a registration page. |

Shipping Options: Select Quick Ship if you are purchasing products for yourself or Multi-ship if you are sending a gift certificate to a lucky recipient and the gift certificate code will be emailed to the gift recipient that you specify. Follow the prompts to add addresses to your Address Book if you are sending a gift.

After Payment: You will receive an email with your order number and a link to go to Your Videos. There you will find the videos that you selected added to your library. You will also find an additional, bonus Orientation video that is a bonus with all video purchases. This video describes what you need to start training, including a Clicker overview as well as some overall strategies that are useful while teaching your dog. You might want to refer back to this video periodically if you have questions. |

Start Viewing: You must be logged in and be connected to a high-speed internet connection. See System Requirements if you have questions. The "My Videos" link takes you to the screen below. You can play the Sample Video to see an example of the videos for sale. You will notice that it is extremely high quality video and very informative. |

Subscription Period
After you purchase a video, you have 60 days of unlimited viewing. |

Your subscription period starts after you select "Watch Now" shown to the right. You can keep videos in your library without penalty until you are ready to use them. Each video will show how many days are left in your subscription period. To get back to your videos, select "My Videos" on the bottom left of your screen, or Login at the top right of the screen. |
