They range in length from 7:20 for the Beginning Leash Walking video to almost 17 minutes for the Housetraining video. Most videos are between 8 and 10 minutes in length. I think you will be surprised at how much information is contained in each video as well as the notes. You also receive a BONUS Orientation Video that is more than 14 minutes in length with each video purchase. I separated the Orientation to avoid having to repeat the information at the beginning of each video. The Orientation applies to all the videos in your library. |

Not every dog gets used for demonstrations in every class. Think of the videos as the "demo" period where the teacher demonstrates with a dog. Then, all the students work by themselves practicing what they just watched. But, what you need to keep in mind is that you only pay for the topics that you want, so you get to completely customize your training experience. Each video covers a very specific topic, so you just pick the topics that you need. A DVD might cost $50 and you might get all kinds of information that you don't need. You have 60 days to watch each video purchased as many times as you would like after you select "Watch Me" in the "My Videos" section of the site after you login. If you purchase multiple videos, you can store videos in your library and start watching at any time. |

Watchandtrain.com uses the latest streaming technology and sometimes older computers can get a little overloaded. Make sure you meet the minimum System Requirements and also try any of the following tips: close all other programs besides your browser, select "My Videos" again and select "Watch Now" again for your video, restart your computer to clear the memory, make sure your internet connection is working properly, if you are using wireless internet try connecting directly to the internet and see if the performance improves. |

How do I redeem a gift certificate? |

On the very first checkout screen after you add products to your cart, you will see a text box that says "Coupon & Gift Certificate" near the bottom of the screen. You will add the code that you received in that box and then select "Update" to show the new total minus the Gift. As you can probably imagine, it takes a long time to produce the high quality videos at WatchandTrain.com. We are working hard to finish and publish the videos that are currently being edited. There is not a definitive timeline to produce more. Let us know at the Future Releases page which videos you would like to see first. |

In most cases the order gets shipped the next business day using standard postal mail. It should arrive to your location within 3-5 business days. If you have problems with your order, go to the Feedback Form and send an email to support with the details of your order. |

Can I watch the videos from more than one computer? |

Sure, you can watch your videos on multiple computers. As long as the computer is connected to the internet and meets the minimum System Requirements. However, there are some security measures in place that you do need to keep in mind. Each password can only be used by one computer at a time. So, you should click "Logoff" after you are done watching on one computer. If you don't, it will take 30 minutes before you are logged off automatically which will then allow you to login on another computer.
If you try and Login on another computer without logging off, you will receive a message stating that this customer is already logged in. |
