If your harness does not fit your dog and you need another size, we will gladly exchange your harness for another size. We will allow exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date to you. Naturally, we expect that you will return the harness to us in the original condition we sent it to you. Please indicate your order number or provide a copy of the sales receipt included in your original order. Also, let us know what size you need or the measurements of your dog. We can send the correct size from your measurements. You are responsible for return shipping costs from your location. We suggest sending the harness back to us via USPS (US Mail), insured - or UPS if you prefer. We will mail the new size back to you 5 business days after we receive your return.
We suggest that you email us at info@watchandtrain.com and provide your number and someone will call back before you return the harness for an exchange. There are a few fitting adjustment suggestions that may correct the fit on the size you have.
Returns for products that you have received will be allowed within 10 days for any reason (in sellable condition only) by contacting us at info@watchandtrain.com, and notifying us of your request to do so. Your return amount will be the cost of the harness(es) only minus the cost of shipping and handling for your order.
