Using the Forums
All questions need to be posted to the correct section within the Forums in the Dog Training Community. It is recommended that you search for answers to your questions within the forums before posting new questions. There might be questions and answers already posted on a variety of topics.
When Jeff answers your question, he might post a new answer, or direct you to an existing answer that he has provided to someone else. He has answered all the questions on the site, so he is knowledgeable about what questions have already been asked.

Answer Timeframe
Jeff will answer all questions within 2 days, if not sooner. Jeff does sometimes take vacations or gets very busy and there might be a backlog of questions. If your answer takes more than 2 days, Jeff will add additional days for each day that you have to wait beyond 2 days. For instance, if your answer takes 4 days, Jeff will extend your subscription by 2 days.
Keep in mind, however, that Jeff's goal is to answer all questions by the same day, if possible.
